Nadine Marshall
Nadine Marshall (BA, MBA) is KindActs Co-Founder and Coin-spiracy Co-Creator. Nadine has been facilitating and developing programs in the educational communications and personal and professional development field for over 20 years. Nadine believes that every moment is an opportunity to contribute who we are and positively impact our world.
Brock Tully
Brock Tully is an inspirational speaker and author of a series of Reflections books (over 140,000 copies sold). In 2000, Brock sold his business and cycled 18,000 kilometres around North America to raise awareness for kindness. In addition to being a main cyclist and spokesperson for the Cycling for Kindness project, he is also Co-Founder of Porridge for the Soul monthly networking breakfasts, and Producer of the World Kindness Concert.

Reg Neufeld, President
Reg Neufeld has enjoyed a successful career in sales, management and business ownership that spans over 35 years. He has also served extended terms on the Boards of the Chilliwack Mount Cheam Rotary Club and Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce, as well as volunteering in many other areas of his community. In 2002 Reg sold his business interests and founded Growing Into Success Training, where he now works with business and organization leadership teams helping them live, work and grow to their full potential. Reg and Kisch, his wife of 38 years, have recently moved from Chilliwack to downtown Vancouver where they are enjoying the urban lifestyle and appreciating being closer to their son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Reg’s personal interests include music, spontaneous travel, picnicking, reading, and personal development. His two major life goals are to achieve personal thought mastery and to contribute to the sharing of thought mastery knowledge and methods with youth on an international scale.
Gail M. Smit, Past President
Gail Smit is Vice President in charge of Operations for Re: Messaging Solutions Inc., a company she and her husband own and operate. Gail is committed to providing an enjoyable work environment where people can thrive, both personally and professionally. She has been involved in various aspects of the KindActs organization since 2001 and is Co-Creator of the Coin-spiracy. As a parent of six adult children, four grandchildren and a business owner with 35 employees, Gail sees on a daily basis how simple acts of kindness can truly make a difference in people’s lives. Her belief is that kindness is contagious and its effect will indeed change the world.
Jay Peachy, Treasurer
Kim Rogerson, Secretary
Kim Rogerson has enjoyed being a teacher of English as a Second Language to adults for over 13 years, with a specialty in teaching her school’s Business Communication Diploma. She prides herself on creating an atmosphere of acceptance, safety, and encouragement in her classroom. Prior to becoming a teacher, Kim worked with several companies in the field of marketing. She is an active ballroom dancer, enjoys playing all kinds of sports, and loves to read.

Brock Tully, an Inspirational Speaker and author of 8 books (including the 'Reflections' series), is Co-Founder of the KindActs Network Association for which he produces the ‘World Kindness Concert’ and ‘One of a KIND Stories ... Celebrating the Everyday Hero’. He is also co-producer of the ‘Kindness Rocks’ shows presented to schools around BC. Brock has done two epic bicycle journeys of over 18,000 Km each ... most recently the 2000 'Cycling for Kindness'. Brock's personal goal is to be the kind person that he visions everyone in the world can be.
